My generous neighbor shared a little from her garden this week. She shared enough that I got to prepared these veggies for the freezer. Blog worthy? No, but they looked so yummy I had to snap a picture and share. Enjoy or ignore. Your choice.
I fry okra in olive oil (I first toss it in a combination of flour, cornmeal and salt),or I use it in vegetable soup. It took me about 10 years of living in the south to appreciate this vegetable. It is certainly unique.
